Challenge: The email series experience needs more engagement, as the click-through rate is declining
Solution: The customer journey consists of multiple, purposefully-timed emails that launch from the moment our customer is interested in, and/or purchases, a product. Analyzing heat maps, existing messaging and layout, and customer feedback, we created more consistency throughout the experience, more personalized and targeted messaging, and a better overall user experience, which significantly increased email click-through and sales.
